Your gift will have a powerful impact on countless patients’ lives and help keep SoHum Health at the forefront of healthcare, by funding state-of-the-art equipment, new technology, and beneficial programs we would not otherwise be able to provide.

How will my donation be used?
SoHum Health Foundation has supported a number of initiatives over the years, including spearheading the capital campaign to construct the new hospital and clinic at the Sprowel Creek Campus. Other projects have included:
- SoHum Health Courtyard Beautification
- Wheelchairs for Skilled Nursing Residents
- Purchase of Radiology Digitizer, Coagulation Analyzer, Respiration Monitor, Defibrillator, and other medical equipment as needed
- Remodel of Activity Room for Skilled Nursing Residents
- Infrastructure repairs
- New tablets for Skilled Nursing Residents to keep in touch with family during COVID-19 pandemic
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes! SoHum Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your donation is tax-deductible.
If I donate through payroll deduction, can I change or stop down the road?
Yes! While we hope that you will continue your ongoing donation, you are free to make changes at any time. To change the amount or stop your payroll deduction, contact the Foundation at (707) 223-6630 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
